Upgrades
All legally purchased and registered owners
of Electric Rain software within 2 versions
of the most recent release being offered as an
upgrade are eligible to purchase the software at
the upgrade price. You will be required to provide
your email address used when originally purchasing
the product or registering the product and prior
version serial number to purchase the upgrade over
the Internet or phone. All users who purchased the
product through a reseller must contact the reseller
for an upgrade or contact Electric Rain with the
resellers order number used to purchase the product.
Each serial number will only allowed one free download
upgrade.
Free Upgrades
All legally purchased and registered owners,
who purchased software within 30 days prior
to the announcement date of the new version
or through a special free upgrade promotional offering,
have 45 days after the release date of the new
software to claim their free upgrade. Free upgrades
are only AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED TIME. You
will be required to provide your email address used
when originally purchasing the product or registering
the product and prior version serial number to retrieve
your free upgrade download over the Internet or
phone. All users who purchased the product through
a reseller must contact the reseller for a free
download upgrade or contact Electric Rain with the
resellers order number used to purchase the product.
