Electric Rain offers
a 30-day return policy on all Swift 3D products.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased
Swift 3D software you may return it within 30 days
for a full refund. Any shipping charges will not
be refunded. Upon receiving the software, and Letter
of Destruction explained below, we will issue the
refund to you according to your payment method.
Purchases with credit cards will be refunded to
the credit card used to purchase the product, and
check and money order purchases will be sent a check.
Electric Rain is not liable for, and will not issue
refunds for lost, stolen, damaged or traded software
either purchased from or given to you by Electric
Rain or a third party. Electric Rain does not offer
any warranties with respect to its software. Please
see Terms of Use for more details on product information.
Product Return Procedure
Please note: We can only accept returns within 30
days of the purchase date. Electric Rain uses the
postmark, fax date, or email received date of the returned LOD to determine
compliance
Download and print out the attached LOD and
fill it out completely, remembering to sign
it. Download LOD.doc
or LOD.txt
If you ordered the boxed CD version, return
the LOD along with all the original packaging
and its contents to:

return the LOD to orders@erain.com or
fax it to: 1.303.543.8225 with the subject 'Return Order #<your order number>'
Electric Rain will issue a refund to you within
three business days via credit card reimbursement
or check (product purchased with check or money
order only).
